There are 98% of tech companies beside Maang. I am really surprised to see that every tech interview platform / mentor speaks about Google and Maang companies even though there are many companies which pays almost equals and sometimes even better then these Brands..
The interviews are same pattern though they are definitely easier to crack with less effort.. and if you follow the 30% rule you will achieve your career as well as financial goal in just 10 years or less ..

So after 10 years you will be able to make almost 40 lks with a simple strategy. If you think its not a good idea to change job ..
